Moonstir are delighted to add Lucie to the team of people passionate about Health and Wellbeing. Lucie is joining us as a Resilience Coach supporting people to be the best they can be. As a professional in Human Resource Management she has seen and heard many stories of anxiety, stress, mental health issues and depression in both the workplace and in and around her life. Lucie says, "I have always prided myself on being approachable and over the years realised individuals from many walks of life have sought me out to get my support, advice and encouragement."
Lucie started on her journey as a professional coach back in 2004 and she has been practising ever since with a focus now on Resilience. She switched her career from transactional human resources to Learning and Organisational Development with a focus on SME’s to support them to transition and make changes to their people agenda. Her support ranges from training delivery around skills and communication to large scale projects developing a new culture, and setting out a revised vision and direction. For businesses focused on individual contribution and overall performance management, Lucie uses her coaching skills to embed these changes for long lasting change.
Lucie is known for her open, honest and flexible approach enhanced by a professional attitude and her natural abilities for facilitation and coaching. . Lucie has worked in the private and public sectors with her work assignments taking her to the France, the Netherlands, Norway and the Middle East. She has project managed virtual teams as well as delivering learning interventions to multi-cultural teams locally and in Europe.
Lucie holds an MSc in Human Resource Management, is a Chartered Member of the CIPD and holds a Certificate in Coaching & Mentoring from Oxford Brookes University. Lucie is a Member of the Association for Coaching (MAC) and is a former Team Lead for the North East of Scotland Branch (2009-2010). Lucie’s portfolio includes Cultural Change training with Aberdeen University and Cognitive Behavioural Coaching to support talent attraction and development strategies. Lucie is also a Graduate of PRIME sponsored by Junior Chamber International Training Institute, in Istanbul, Turkey in 1998 and was a Finalist in the Young Communicator of the Year Award for Scotland in 1988.
Lucie has been part of Moonstir's development, working closely with Morag Ormiston on several projects to date, and acting as a compassionate business mentor. Morag says "I am thrilled to have Lucie's expertise join the team in her capacity as Resilience Coach and I am sure she will help deliver to our clients' needs with ease."
